The Marysville Police Officer's Association is the exclusive collective bargaining organization for the Police Officers, Custody Officers and Sergeants of the Marysville Washington Police Department. 

The MPOA represents the interests of its members in labor related subjects such as contract negotiations, grievance and disciplinary issues, and any other matters protected by collective bargaining in the State of Washington.
